Subject: Assertion of the right to publication of the answer pursuant to Section 10 of Act No. 46/2000 Coll.
Dear publisher of the periodical RESPEKT,
In your periodical RESPEKT, in issue 25 published on 17.6.2024, pages 13 to 17, an article by Mr. Tomáš Brolik entitled Five Years with the Enemy was published.
This article contains factual allegations that affect my honor, dignity or privacy and are not based on truth.
Pursuant to Section 10 of Act No. 46/2000 Coll., I request the publication of my response, by which I correct the false factual statements in the above-mentioned article or by which I supplement or clarify incomplete or otherwise distorting data.
Dear Respekt readers,
In issue 25 published on 17.6.2024, on pages 13 to 17, an article by Mr. Tomáš Brolík entitled Five Years with the Enemy was published, containing false factual statements that affect my honor, dignity and privacy, which I hereby correct, or I supplement or specify them as follows:
1. David Fábry didn't film anyone on his mobile phone, he only took pictures. It is not forbidden to take pictures or videos in public spaces in the Jewish community. In addition, David Fábry did not publish the photographs he took anywhere, nor did he intend to do so.
2. David Fábry has never commented that Natalie Figusch Schwab is a "whore riddled with cancer". He has never said or written anything like that, he has no need to.
3. The entire incident of the alleged brawl took place after David Fábra returned from the street after smoking a cigarette, as smoking is not allowed in the village. Mr. Schwab did not respect this order, and when David Fábry saw him smoking by the window, he came to him and said: "Cockroach, I basically like you, but I'm sorry for what Mr. You married you." and he patted him gently on the cheek. Mr. Schwab grabbed Fábry by the collar, then Fábry grabbed Mr. Schwab by the collar and verbal insults were hurled. There was no further physical confrontation. David Fábry is unaware of Mr. Schwab punching him in the stomach. At the end of the incident, Mr. Schwab said to Fábry, "You uncircumcised pig," to which Fábry replied, "I won't mess with such a wretch," and they let go of each other. It wasn't a fight, so no one pulled them apart.
4. David Fábry believes that Mrs. Natalie Schwab is only afraid of her conscience. Mr. Fábry never threatened her, he never waited for her in front of her house, no one was very interested in her. Mr. Fábry was only afraid of the consequences of her speeches.
5. It is not true that David Fábry does not attend events of the Jewish community because of some conflict. He has nothing to be ashamed of.
6. There has never been any physical surveillance of Natalie Schwab by David Fábry.
7. David Fábry sought out Mrs. Natalie Schwab as a psychotherapist himself, not his wife. On the other hand, after Mrs. Natalie met David's wife behind his back and told her confidential information from the therapy, David's wife recommended that he end the therapy. David ended the therapy on his own initiative. Mrs. Natálie provided therapeutic services without having the necessary qualifications, so she did not issue David Fábry with a receipt for the payment of the sessions that took place. Payment was made in cash.
8. Mrs. Natalie asked David for a positive review on social media and Google, so David wrote them. After David finished therapy, he didn't write any more positive reviews. He doesn't know where Mrs. Natalie gets this false information
9. The conflict with Jiří Blažek began on his initiative on the web magazine HYPERLINK "http://shekel.cz/" \t "_blank"shekel.cz in 2010, where Mr. Blažek lashed out at most of them, including Ahab Haidler. The whole conflict escalated when David and his family went to the village in Tubišvat and Mr. Blažek physically assaulted David in front of his family. Jiří Blažek and Natálie Figusch Schwab acknowledge that they are related to each other.
10. David's wife does not communicate with Natalie and is not interested in communicating. She didn't talk to her about her health.
11. The article mentions David's friend, Mr. X, who works in his shop. Despite the effort to remain anonymous, the entire Jewish community knows who Mr. X means. The claim that Mr. X likes little girls is, in David Fábra's opinion, false and is just a figment of Mrs. Natálie's imagination, which was subsequently disseminated by her friends. I consider it necessary to take a stand against this. According to David's information, Mrs. X contacted the Federation of Jewish Communities, the Lauder Schools and the Prague Jewish Community behind Mr. X's back, which made it impossible for Mr. X to participate in other Jewish events for children, without Mr. X knowing why. Under the weight of these rumors, Mr. X was in a suicidal state.
12. David Fábry clarifies: "I went to Natalie Figusch Schwab for therapy not because of bipolar disorder, but because of gambling addiction. We dealt with my problem for 5 minutes, the rest of the session was in the spirit of slandering the members of the Jewish community. I thought it was a positive at first, because it made me realize that everyone is in a bad situation sometimes." David Fábry is also of the opinion that Ms Natálie does not have the education or qualifications of a psychologist and that even if she did, she would not be able to publicly disclose the medical assessments of anyone, especially when the person in question has not even visited her – specifically Mr X.
The article by Mr. Tomáš Brolík is considered by David Fábry to be purposeful, when Mr. He provided Brolik with two contacts to people who have a lot to say about this case, who were also very hurt by Mrs. Schwab. According to David Fábra's information, Mr. Brolík did not use any of the contacts. The whole article is therefore just an inaccurate dramatization of the events of Mr. Brolík and Natalie Figusch Schwab.
